Dessewffy Tibor - Pintér Róbert

A kurzus célja, hogy az előző félévi bevezetést követően mozaikszerűen bemutassa az információs társadalom egyes kiemelten fontos részterületeit. Az információs társadalom a (poszt)modernitás, a globalizálódó világ és a kockázattársadalom hívószavaival azonos népszerűségnek örvendő szakkifejezés, amely napjainkban kezd meghonosodni a társadalom-tudományi gondolkodásban. Vajon hogyan kapcsolódik ez az ’új korszak’ és tudományos tükre a hagyományos kötőjeles szociológiákhoz és a társadalom-tudományos kutatásokhoz?

A kurzus során a hallgatók kiselőadásokkal illetve órai közreműködésükkel bizonyíthatják képességeiket és felkészültségüket. Három illetve több hiányzás esetében a kurzus nem abszolválható. A kurzuson való részvétel előfeltétele az angol nyelvű szakszöveg olvasás. Az érdemjegy kialakításánál az alábbi szempontok érvényesülnek:

Órai munka: 30%

Szemináriumi dolgozat: 40%
